LAS VEGAS, NEV. - Wheelchair-users Tony Bieszczat, Ronald Ray Smith and
not-for-profit Disabled Rights Action Committee (DRAC), have filed a federal civil rights
lawsuit under the Fair Housing Act against Wheeler Development L.L.C. for its condo
