Cases and Materials on Fair Housing and Fair Lending Laws

F. Willis Caruso is the author of this case book designed to be used in teaching fair housing and fair lending law.  It is meant to provide the professor with options on cases, materials, statutes, ordinances, and regulations.  The cases and materials have been developed from 1985, when the course was first conceived, to the present.  The course has been taught regularly at The John Marshall Law School, Chicago, Illinois, and is presently a requirement for enrollment in The John Marshall Law School Fair Housing Legal Clinic.  Please contact author F.
